In the case of newly issued PICs, please note that the LPA database will not accept new registrations and/or enable the purchase of LPA NVDs until PIC details are uploaded onto the NLIS database by State Departments of Agriculture. Delays may be up to two (2) weeks.

Where LPA NVDs are urgently required, producers should be advised to contact the State Departments of Agriculture to request that the Department contact LPA Administration to confirm PIC status.
